Hardware Sending 3DS in for repairs. Box up everything?

Um, as long as they announce it enough in advance so that you have the choice to NOT do it, yeah. They can't be held responsible for extra accessories that they specifically asked you to NOT send to them. That would be like getting on a roller coaster that warns you to remove cell phones, etc from your pockets before the ride so you don't lose them, not listening, and then blaming the owners of the roller coasters for your lost stuff.

my brother sent his in for yellow screen and broken right speaker. they replaced the top half with a new screen and speakers

Took them two weeks to fix mine, but that's NoE, dunno in the US

2 weeks for just the repair, or is that including from the day you sent it to the day you received it.

Two weeks since I dropped off my 3DS at the store until I got it back.

I just sent mine in to the Chatsworth, CA repair center through UPS. Hopefully it arrives back in one piece. I'm only worried about it being messed up or scratched or something since it is the Zelda one that I got on black friday.
