Hacking Selling R4`s on Ebay

Hey all...

Is this frowned upon? I mean.. do Ebay cancel these ? I don`t see any on there at the moment... is that because they`re just not any on there or do they get pulled quite quick ?

BTW I have 2 ( both new, 1x boxed ) with mem cards etc... to sell...

In eBay's "Terms of Service" or whatever it's called, they forbid the sale of "Modchips and any other device which circumvents copy protection" or something like that. Even technically flash carts don't fall in that category, it falls under piracy so they are not allowed to be sold. If eBay finds a listing for a flascard, it will get deleted.

Which is sad, because that is a singular country assessment of law.

They're not remotely illegal in all countries out there.

And it's also fickle as hell. Because if you think all the anime "imports" on eBay are actually legit, I have a bridge I'd like to sell you.

Yeah, as has been said it's usually frowned upon because of eBay's TOCs - I've seen quite a lot of flashcarts that i've been wanting to bid on in the past just disappear from ebay because they'd been removed.

But on the other hand, i've also seen countless flashcarts go the whole of the auction time and sell so...it's up to you - you can risk it and stick it on and have the possibility of getting it removed and losing your auction fee with no sale to show for it...

Just stick around here for a bit and stick them in the trading forum if you want to have a sale up that won't get removed

What's to review. The R4DS is one of the most liked carts out there. It's just not the most current cart.
Asking if you might like the R4DS is like asking if you might like a PS2.

I bought my first DS flashkit (A Supercard SD and a Superpass) from ebay. After I'd had it 2 weeks eBay emailed me saying the listing had been cancelled for a TOS violation and urging me not to go through with the sale. They seem to be a lot more on the ball now though.

they never ban you they will just pull the listing. IF they find it and pull it you will be out the auction listing fee.

flash kits have nothing to do with the FCC so they don't fall under electronic devices and they don't promote illegal activity unless you list it as such. really you should be able to sell and if they pull it just do your research. you should be able to fight it based on what they say you are allowed to list.

Wow, I just had the biggest case of deja vu I think I ever had. Kinda odd.

I know my reviews aren't the greatest, I have to work on them, but many people will look at my reviews which will get me more popular and people will like my reviews.
