Is there a way to give yourself streetpass tags? And are you able to specify what the mii looks like, steps, mii plaza members, etc, the mii has?

well. you can buy a second 3ds. choose what the mii will look like and tag the systems each 8 hours. Or look at the street pass 2 method. but ya dont get say in what the miis are going to look like.
