Yeah, segher's original tools named tachtig, twintig... and other numerals...

well 0x means hexadecimal... it starts from fourth byte value in the device cert

Check these,
1. Did you put all the NG files under private folder?
2. Check size and name of each file with the ones on the tutorial thread...
3. Did you install openssl?

If you still have the problem, I'll possibly add the error handling tonight so we can see what's the actual error is...

wel i have an apache server with openssl installed and i have all the files and the correct sizes and i use windows vista

Do you have all the NG files and under FE100\private folder?

NG-id - 4 bytes
NG-key-id - 4 bytes
NG-mac - 6 bytes
NG-priv - 30 bytes
NG-sig - 60 bytes
