Hacking Seeprom ?

Of what use is seeprom file.
While just playing around i thought.I'll dump seeprom with 5.5.2 and compare with 5.5.1
I noticed 2 differences.

Then i thought i wonder if there are differences with users on same system. So i dumped it again with different user. And this time different again.
0000010 - 08 was 12 and 09 was 88 in 5.5.1
0000010 - 08 was 15 and 09 was 2B in 5.5.2
New user
0000010 - 08 was 15 and 09 was 2F in 5.5.2

The particular bytes you mentioned is part of the 8-byte field at 0x12, which is the RNG seed. It's incremented every time IOS-CRYPTO starts.
