Due to this being both mine and a lot of other members around, would there be a chance for Nintendo to release this as a conversion? Im sure it wouldnt take that much work for them and Squaresoft to go ahead and do this, especially as it is under the top 100 games made of all time, so they would surely make a lot of money out of it!

You're asking for the release date of a game that not only has not been announced but also has not even been rumoured or speculated in any way? Ok, it's going to be released on the 84th of Arsetember.

I think if they were going to do it they would have done it already. It would be good though, I always preferred it to Chrono Trigger.

what are you talkin' about actually? you should be a bit more precise:.
a secret of mana remake or a mmorpg? don't think that they'll do something in this way in the near future, because if they wanted, it would have been already announced or just speculated about it:.
though a good secret of mana game for a present nintendo console would be very nice:.

There is always a chance that Square Enix (which they are now known) could port/remake it seeing Chrono Trigger did so well.

Renamed the topic title for you.

What I am saying is for the Secret Of Mana to be a direct port to the DS. They did for the Final Fantasy games, and they have a large & loyal following for THE Secret Of Mana, a game they and others have not been able to match or better it, as it has the best music and best gameplay.

The problem is that most of the recent Secret of Mana games they've released have -- how to put this delicately -- sucked. And as a result, they haven't sold well.

While obviously Secret of Mana didn't suck, the failure of those other games makes them less likely to produce a remake.
