If I want to buy a second-hand Switch, what should I pay more attention to when trading on the platform? I felt cheated when trading other things on some websites before. The Switch is a little expensive for me, so I am worried.

Another thing Check the Health of the Switch Fan bought a second Hand Switch where the Fan was rattling but only in docked mode or if you hold it in a weird angle

Serial number: https://ismyswitchpatched.com/ This will tell you whether you will be able to hack it using RCM and a jig, or whether you will need a mod chip.

Screen condition if you want to play handheld (I play almost exclusively docked, so don't particularly mind the dent in the middle of the screen), dock condition if you want to play docked (mine doesn't work, so I had to get a dock separately (GuliKit portable open-face dock)), stick drift if you want to use the included joycon.

I would be a little concerned about battery health (if it's an older unit, especially). Nintendo have no built-in battery health check for even the most rudimentary battery health analysis.
