Homebrew Searching NDS Emulator with working multiplayer

Hi all!

First of all i want to say i know its a bit harsh that my 2nd post in this forum is already a favour but... o well, i couldnt find anything near a NDS multiplayer emulator... only gba multiplayer ones...

So here is my question:

Does a NDS Emulator with working multiplayer option even exist? Local only of course.
Or is something like this in the makings?
If someone has any informations about this, please give me a link or just a comment. It would be very usefull.

Ps.: like i said i couldnt find any usefull information at google, wiki, yahoo, search function in forums etc. etc.

My friend got his snes emulator on DS to work for download play a few years ago. Too bad he quit the ds scene...
