Homebrew Searching for 3DS sps player

Hello all,

I've found this app on my AK2i and it plays the music file inside the ds file/game.

the file is called .sps and I'm not sure how this is achieved, but I was hoping that there is a sort off same program like this one.
to use it on 3DS games/apps

3ds-vgmstream supports the exact same formats the plugin it uses as the basis for the app, sps being one of the supported formats of both the 3ds app and media player plugin
