Looks like something good is coming eh?

All it is m8, its a 3DSWare title. Nothing interesting about it, it still will not work as yet with GW nor does it do anything to help 3DSWare roms.

Yep just a bunch of SDKs. (With config.cia, DevMenu.cia, and a bunch of other files.)

Yeah I found it garbed it but nothing special, just a bunch of folders with Sdk .cia files in it, lots of them but don't know what they do, all I do know is you carn't use them yet! ;)

Is this what's show in this video?

Code:

Would these files be any good in combination with the (removed) SDK keys
Code:
http://gbatemp.net/threads/3ds-sdk-keys.351626/
if that allows decrypting them so they can be studied in a disassembler?

Nothing really useful unless you have a Devkit. I wonder if they could get this to run on Retail. (Even though I know it's not possible).

They're just apps you run on dev units:
http://3dbrew.org/wiki/3DS_Development_Unit_Software

.cia files are the installable versions
.csu files are the game card images. (same as.3ds)

There's some stuff here I don't have, which is nice.

And no, renaming the .csu files to .3ds won't make the .csu files work with gateway.

So with this release, how is it beneficial to the homebrew scene?

I'm guessing that since this for the dev kit, there are some low level stuff going on so it should be rather helpful?

When rebuilt properly they can be run on retail units, but I don't expect GW's CFW to allow that.

Low level stuff? They just interact with services which allow them to do their job. The only thing special about them is that they have access to these services.

Ah. I see.

So right now the thing that interests me the most is the Coin Generator.
