Hacking SD2VITA PRO v5 max size micro sd card support?

dear community,

i have a SD2VITA PRO v5, now on most sites it shows max size supported is 256GB.
is this true or is higher supported for example 400gb? i have a 400GB laying around but its full with music.
if a 400 is supported i can clean it and use it , instead of buying a 256GB one.

Make sure you set allocation size = 64kb when formatting the card (not default).

I just use 128gb card, which is fair enough for me, there aren't that much worth ur time on Psded.

For people who use 400g one: WTF u have so many games on psded? are you able to finish them all?

I’m using 128 sd card too, and have many psvita, psp and psx games, 256 may be better, but 400? For what?

The sd2vita hardware revision shouldn’t have any impact on the capacity of the mSD you can use.

I’m currently using a 400GB with the old “board & memory card slot” variety (v2?).

The max theoretical limit for SDXC format is 2TB, and there’s currently no reason to think the Vita wouldn’t be able to handle that.

But there may be a max title limit that we don’t know about, just as there is the 100 icon limit.
