Hacking SD to SD transfer ?

I have all of may cfw and homebrew stuff stored on my 32gb micro sd and recently I got myself a 128gb one and because I have no purpose for it I want to move my 3ds stuff there. Can you just copy and paste the files from the 32gb one to the 128gb or are there any other steps ?

Yeah just format the new sd using guiformat and copy-paste everything.
