Hi,

I just bought a new 64GB SD card (PNY micro with adapter) and prepared the SD for loadiine on my PC.

Every time I load the kernel and HBC, I get the "SD mount failed" error...

Am I doing something wrong here? Do I have to format the SD first?
Thank you

If you still have an issue, try using SD Formatter . It's the official tool for Formatting SD Cards. Also, I believe some have had issues with the slot/hardware itself, not the card. Likely a loose/bent pin, bad contact, or bad slot assembly in this case though.

Another thing to try is a different mSD adapter.

I get the same error with my 64gb sd card, and I tried using a different mSD adapter, didn't fix it,
I don't have the option to format it to FAT32 but I didn't try Garou's suggestion yet.
