Hacking Sd card not working?

I just got a 64gb samsung SD card. I formatted it fat32 in mini partition wizard, and put my stuff on. The arm9loaderhax.bin and all is present but the 3DS wont boot. What do?

Either I got the cluster size wrong or I didn't set primary. All is good now.

for next time:
format: fat32
clustersize: 32
and set to: primary

Speaking of cluster size, can someone help me understand what should be the cluster size for 32, 64 and 128GB SD cards?

I remember having to reformat my SD card a number of times before they worked, but was not sure what exactly solved the problem. Guessing its cluster size as thats the only thing that could had been changed during formatting.

Ah, no wonder. I remember the formatter defaulted the cluster size to 16k (I think), and I had to reformat my SD card couple of times using different formatting softwares.

Btw, this is the case for both New and Old 3ds/XL/LL, right?
