Hardware Sd card help?

hey guys so today my 3ds had some black squares pop up in the home menu and then when i rebooted the device my theme was gone went into theme manger it said failed to create theme management then i rebooted again and then it started to say creating home menu management but Rosalina still works and my sd card doesn't throw up any errors on pc i cant restore nand as it says failed in GM9 and all my games are gone

Backup all of your sd data and then format it to fat32 32k cluster size, then copy back your stuff and try again.

i followed your instructions but now rosalina wont load and when i put my sd card in my 3ds it auto shuts down

nvm i redownloaded a new boot.firm games still missing

well i think my 3ds is messed up all my games are gone and i cant install cia with devmenu and i never deleted anything from my sd also using new sd
