I was kinda dumb and haven´t seen that my 3DS was still powered on so I have taken the SD card out while it was in TWLoader and in sleep mode, wanted to replace some files, after switching the 3DS off and reinserting the SD Card, Launching TWloader did end with a crash back to the homemenu and a reboot reinstalling did not remove this issue, also Pokémon Sun got srewed, the banner is gone and launching ends up with an "Sd card was removed, press HOME..." error, also the eshop "repair" fails at 99% I have no clue whats up, but I guess some stuff on my sd card got corrupted

Can your sd card still read and write? Mine suddenly turned to be read only, and was showing the eshop repair 99% and every title that is not originally installed in the 3ds(steeldiver, legit cia super mario bros) fails to launch and shows the “sd card was removed...” message, however my banners are still right

make sure the card's sliding lock is not in read-only position?

its a micro sd card it has no sliding lock, nut when i put(ted?) it into the adapter yesterday the pc said it was write locked and I had to move the adapters slider but I havent, had it moved before

I've read about cases where the adapter was broke, so it couldn't be used to write on the micro sd. Maybe try another adapter, if available

put(ted?)
put, put, put; Eines der simpelsten Wörter im englischen Sprachgebrauch, was die Zeitformen angeht ;)

that's somewhat weird, maybe the filesystem broke in some way, otherwise I've no idea why you could format and rewrite your files then

In my case it's the corruption of the sd card, not the sd card slide lock which would be obvious, sometimes sd card just corrupt by themselves and turn to read only, there are several cases I have found on Google, afaik only way is to ask the manufacturer to repair it, also I wasn't able to format it, you're lucky that your sd wasn't too corrupt

Guess you were unlucky. When my SD cards that started to fail go corrupt, they are still writable (SanDisk, Panasonic)

Yeah, now every time when I insert the sd card in to my computer, windows explorer starts to stop responding, gave up on this sd card and bought a new one instead

I wonder why twloader and pokemon sun got corrupted and the rest is fine, reinstalling sun now and then hopefully the same with twloader ast time it did not work

That's actually a property of NAND in general. Due to the way that NAND erases data (namely, it has to erase an entire block at once) if the physical disk (disc?) gets too full - this includes the additional space over the listed capacity and usually happens because of blocks going bad over time - the chip's controller eventually runs out of space to back up the data you don't want to delete, panics, and locks the chip into read only mode as a desperation measure to guard against data loss.

If that happens to you, it's definitely time to get a new card.

Actually it depends on the manufacturer's implementation. I read a review by a group that was testing the reliability of SSD drives, trying to stimulate years of writes to compare what happens when particular brands wear down. Some will detect the near-end-of-life and go into read-only mode, allowing you to pull off the device. Some will simply self-destruct and stop working (no read-only mode), and others will carry on.
