Hacking Question SD card / Boot.dat error

Hi there,

One of my Switches is using CFW and lately has been playing up giving a boot.dat error while using SXOS

I formatted the Switch, replaced the SD card reader, tried various SD cards (in multiple formats) but it never seemed to go away. It works fine in OFW but not CFW.

Today I made the Switch to atmosphere which seemed to detect the SD card immediately. However, I received this message when it initially booted (attached). As I replaced the reader, I know there is no issue with the connection (I checked twice). I am still wondering what this could possibly be as both SD card readers seem to have issues.

Any ideas of what to check for?

Might be an issue with the sd reader and motherboard there extremely delicate and easy to damage
