Hardware SD Card being read or not? (Noob)

So just now, my micro SD card for my New Nintendo 2DS XL has been working and has not. None of the cias appear on the main menu of it except anything on the system memory. However in System Settings, all my cias appear just fine. Please help!

I just tried formatting the SD card by backing up the files in it, formatting it to fat32, and putting the files back. Did nothing ;(

Does the apps appear like they are normally installed or greyed out in system settings?
