Homebrew SCUMMVM 6.1 on M3

I'm having trouble with the settings to get everything working on my M3 lite SD.
I have the e22 and matching game manager and Scumm 6.1
I'm using Monkey Island EGA (text based items) but I am not storing it in a zip.
Game runs, but I am unable to save. I have tried setting the save to the /SCUMM directory by using the menu and by using the scummvm.ini forcesramsave = false and setting the save directory to /SCUMM

I also cannot get Loom talking to work. I can't find my CD so that is probably the main problem, but I have tried converting the MP3 to the specified wav and it plays all a characters audio or stops after a few words. It doesn't even load if I use the MP3 that I have.

Any suggestions would be great

create a scummvm.ini file in your root. you need the

for it to work. SD write drivers seem to be bad.
