Yeah this games vocab/item list is pretty staggering from what I remember from an IGN interview.

As for how deep and whats not in, as someone said obscene items, and copyrighted(Some exceptions) material won't be in, again this is from a ign interview.

I say a blog post from a dude who went to e3. The guy said every word he used worked except for some greek bread, and some obscure medical tool, which the developers assured him would be added.

Who ever said this could be as good a GTA, I assure you this game will entertain me much longer than GTA, which has essentially been the same game over and over just with new features and graphics. This offers limitless possibilities, and the ability to have some of the most epic fights ever

Things like Chuck Norris or portal gun are prolly a no go. Anything copyrighted. Historical figures are all good to go though, as they have already shown Enstien.

(I am sure there will be some copyrighted stuff they could get permission for no doubt. I heard rumor that when you type crow bar, and your character picks it up he looks like gordon freeman, I saw crowbar in a vid, but it was to quick to see if the char appearance changed)

Invisiblity cloak was a cool one, although it turned the character invisible but you could still see the cloak. Invisible my ass.

And as for Flaming broadsword, it will probably work. They said you can apply certain traits to certain items. (And also due to its biblical reference, as they added tons of religious items)

And yes you can specify many many different types of sword. From the basic sword, to katana, to broad sword and a slew of others. Same with guns. You can do shotgun, uzi etc.

Just wondering about one thing, it can probably get a bit annoying spelling out everything, but yet again thats what the whole game is about.

Yes, it IS annoying to spell everything out, isn't it? It would be much better if you could spend 5 minutes drawing what you want the game to make, and then it would guess what you draw and produce the object. You're a genius!
