"Screen Position" in USB GX LOADER

My old TV for retro consoles is slightly shifted to the right when playing Wii, this is easily treated by setting the "Screen Position". However, there is no such setting in Usb Loader Gx. Is it possible to customize the screen layout in games on usbgxloader? (No GUI)

wtf. I recently saw a post where a similar problem with a Gamecube game was fixed. And I wrote that on the Wii it is easy to fix in a couple of clicks, of course, there should be something similar on the Usb Gx Loader. For example, there are "screen position"in the Nintendont.
