Hacking Screen is messed up

When installing starfall, my screen is horribly offcentered, as if it were zoomed in. In the system menu, games, and other homebrew apps the screen positioning is fine. Is there some reason as to why starfall is bad for me? Its just a concern because I cannot see the bullet for which option I am trying to install. Thanks

Mine is too Pal 3.2e. the hacks wont install untill you press 2 so you can push the `a` buton as much as you like to work out where the bullet point is, and it doesnt do any harm to install the lot.

I've found that many homebrew apps place text or graphics too near the edge of the screen, so that they actually are not visible on many TVs. They should use the TV 'safe region'.

That's actually where I got my second download, and the information didn't actually help
