Hacking Question Screen goes black after injecting Hekate (USB Problem?)

Hi, I followed the switch guide up to here: https://switch.homebrew.guide/hacking/fuseegelee/aftersetup
My system is unpatched and vulnerable to fusee-gelee. It's serial begins with: XAJ400 and the Switch system version is 10.1.0.

I downloaded Atmosphere (Hekate) (v0.17.1/2021.01.14) and Hekate v5.5.3 from SDSetup.com. After injecting the Hekate 5.5.3 payload I see the splash logo on the screen then the screen goes blank. Or I then click on "Launch > CFW (sysMMC)" and the screen goes blank or the CFW loads then after a while the screen goes blank. I can sometimes hear the USB disconnection sound on my Windows 7 PC when the Switch screen goes blank. I've tried all the USB 3.0 and 2.0 ports on my PC. I also tried using a brand new mini PC with Windows 10 on it but both the USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 ports on that have the same problem. The cable I have is a USB C to A 3.1 cable by Juice that I bought in WHS Smith for £10.

How can I get this working?

After booting switch to the hekate menu, try going to "Payloads", then select "Fusee-Primary"

I'm having trouble getting past the Hekate splash screen after I inject the Hekate payload as instead of showing the menu the screen goes blank and I hear the USB disconnect noise. Also I've now tried an additional Windows 7 PC so that's 2 Windows 7 PCs and 1 Windows 10 PC that I get this problem on.

Is this a common problem? What should I do to fix it?

If I try several times eventually I might be able to reach the menu. But then once I click on "Launch > CFW (sysMMC)" the screen always goes blank.

What will the Fusee-Primary payload do that you suggested?

Have you formated your sd card to FAT32? Install fresh copy of files from SD folder from file downloaded from SDSetup.com. Make sure your using newest version of Tegra- TegraRcmGUI_v2.6+, and newest hekate payload file also- 5.5.2+, and did you install "zadig" and setup drivers to work with switch first.

What will the Fusee-Primary payload do that you suggested?

It still boots CFW, just Atmosphere's preferred payload to start Atmos.

No idea why but it seems to be working now. I tried a different USB port. Thanks for the help
