Gaming SCP-087 question

I'm trying to play SCP-087 (this, if you didn't know) and the mouse cursor stays visible in-game.This is NOT supposed to happen. I've tried alt+tabbing out, but that didn't work. There are also not very many options for the game and none that concern the cursor.

How do I get rid of the cursor?

Same issue here, trying it on my Steam Deck though.. still no answer? How do you open options?
