It looks like many DS homebrews need someone to convert to plugin for SCDS2. Why does some homebrews can not directly excute on this card, from hardware, software or whatever issue?

There are no issues at all if u want to run homebrew on the ds2. All u need is to drag the ini, nds, and bmp file of the homebrew in the ds2 plugin folder and that is it

The plug-ins of regular, non-DSTwo specific homebrew are the same exact thing as the regular NDS files you'd use on any card, some people just prefer to have them in plug-in form (with the additional bmp for the icon, etc) so that it appears at the initial loader. If it's something you use a lot it's faster to get to it that way. If you go into the "DS GAME" section you can just start it up as normal, as you would in any menu software. Compatibility is quite good, I don't think I've run into anything that hasn't worked.

Thanks for your information. When I search for homebrew in filetrip, many homebrews have name attached with DSTWO plugin that confuse me.

Is DSLinux with network communication worked currently? I frequently use internet browser (retawq or whatever weird name like that) because of very fast loading (for reading text forums , better than any PC / DS browser! IMO) and use some utilities. Does other homebrews that have network communication lib work?

DSLinux works fine. Anything else with Wifi has worked fine for me too. Don't worry, I promise you compatibility is really good.
