Gaming Savegame issues with 360 games under Xbox One

Hi, I had some savegames' issues with 360 games under xbox one platform. My savegames were lost. I've been through several times: once with battlefield bad company 2, then star wars the force unleashed and Bully. With the first two games I just lost the cloud savegame. after having launched the game I did not find the "continue" option active anymore and I had to create a new savegame (all slots were empty and in both games I was at almost halfway of the story). With Bully instead, after playing for a couple of hours I tried to save but I got answered back "I can not access the storage device.". In all cases my profile was normally connected and my gold subscription was active. Did the same thing happen to someone else? I encountered this problem only with retrocompatible games. thank you.
