ROM Hack Save question

I downloaded a Pokemon save from here. And now I'm wondering if the FC of that save I downloaded will work. Because in reality, the author and I have the same FC now as I had downloaded his... So, will the FC work?

You'll be able to go online, you just won't be able to face other people who are using that save (they will have the same FC).

Hmm.. tested it out this morning, my FC changed when I tried to enter Wi-Fi at basement in PC, I don't know why. Maybe because I changed the OT using Pokesav. Also, I had bad luck today. I can't charge my DS. No orange light comes up... Any solution?

EDIT: Now you guys can close this thread. If only I was a mod.

Lol. Anyway, I went to the shop and the charger was the problem.
