I was trying to use save manager with my pokemon Sun, but it keeps getting stuck in the yellow screen. It was working perfectly fine until yesterday, and this doesn't happen with any other game.

I'm having this same issue.
The SVDT app works fine on my N3DS, but I'm stuck using Basehaxx to launch Homebrew in order to keep the game/FW updated so I can still use the game's online features.
However, Basehaxx is probably going to be patched out of ORAS in January when they update Sun/Moon & Pokémon Bank so we can transfer up Pokémon.

So I was trying to use my O3DS with the latest Menuhax compatible FW, but I can get ALL save managers to work with ALL of my 3DS games EXCEPT Sun.
I think it's because the FW can't read the save, but I'm no expert.

I hope someone can fix this soon or at least help me find a CFW Tutorial that I can actually get to work.

JKSM works just fine, but you need to run the game at least once so it creates a save file. After you choose your language, the game saves, and you can exit the game when the professor shows up on webcam. Then you can inject a save file using JKSM.

My game HAS a gamesave.
The problem is that the save managers can't seem to access the game on FW 9.5.
