ROM Hack Question Save injection when it comes to emummc, sysnand, and carts.

On my clean, unbanned sysnand I mainly play cart games. On one of these cart games, Pokemon Let's Go Eevee, I use an injected save. I injected the save on emummc. I know that saved games between nands don't effect each other, but does the same apply to carts? If someone could let me know that would be great. I'd rather not play my cart on sysnand and make a mistake.

switch don't store saves in carts, your saves always inside your nand
