i search for a pokemon platinum save game
there should be all 493 pokemon in the box but the game should be not completed
it should be at the beginning of the game

Did you try searching on FileTrip? Not sure which version you are using, but somebody already uploaded one..

Sounds like what you are looking for, comment from the file:

"Here is my Platinum save of my ultimate starter save, contains all pkmn in descending order in pokebox"

The save you're looking for is probably hacked/cheated upon so be careful because it could do some corruptins.
