ROM Hack Question Save from CFW Switch To Clean Switch

If I wanted to inject a save or two from an old cfw switch (which I am in no longer in possession of) to a new switch (while it is offline), would I be susceptible to a ban once it connects to wifi?
The saves in question are BOTW and Super Mario Odyssey.
