Hacking Save file compatability M3i Zer - Acekard 2i

Bought an M3i last week, all works well but having seen that the Acekard2i has a 1.4 fix thought I'd try that.

Is there any way I can convert the .sav file s from the M3i for use on the Acekard2i? I copied them acrss as they were but the Ak isn't reading them?

Bad form to answer my own post but I think I've found the answer with the built-in save conversion option, nice.

built-in save convert only change extention if i recall correctly, from .sav into .nds.sav or the other way around.

first time i use my acekard2i also had the same problem (from edge to acekard2i), since by default acekard AKIO (i use this firmware) set save ext to .nds.sav so it can't find my older save from EDGE, just change this from system properties and chose .sav for save file.

Rename your saves to .nds.sav or use AKAIO and go into Start>System Options then press R twice until you're on File System Settings and go to Save Ext. Change it from .nds.sav to .sav and all your saves will work without being renamed or converted.
