I was playing Twilight Princess HD from an optical disk. I then decided to install it to my Wii U's USB hard drive from an SD card using WUP Installer. Now, when I run the game either from the hard drive or from the disk, the save file is gone. Does anybody know why this happened and is there any way to get it back?

The save file might be on your NAND but not your USB drive. Copy the save to your USB drive using the Data Management settings, and it should show up again.
