Hacking Save BackUp Question

Hello I had my N-Card for quite a while and yeah everything is fine...anyways I was wondering if it was posible to keep a backup of your save on your pc,then re-copy that save file after,I never had to do this before.. but recently I heard some of my games had "after credtis bonus" and I want go back to them... Yes I have deleted the Roms(I only save backup of my saves),so aslong as I have the same name as save file its good rigth?

Ex:

Maria64.ROM
Mario64.SAV

Any can help me?

It should work, although I'm not quite sure how N-Cards functions.

One last question... does it matter if the Rom is from Europe/America?
I know back in the day they had the whole NTSCU/PAl thinigmagie....

Any help on this?
