Pointless speculating. You could either buy the game yourself and release the title keys or shut up and wait.

You could learn how to load a game yourself and already be playing it. It's pretty good.

Freeshop cannot be 'blocked'. That's not how it works. As for the system version, just update.

Haven't played it too much already but let me tell you that all the hype about it is not justified... the game is kinda meh...

Maybe I'll change my mind when I get more into it... or maybe not...

I personally disagree. I beat normal mode already and am on the hard mode, and it is the second best metroid game I've ever played.

I've played and finished almost all Metroid games (with the exception of the GB one, which is this, but remastered), and the gameplay is really slow, feels like playing Street Fighter II, after having played the KOF/Samurai Shodown series, hope I've explained that well.

But anyway, as I stated before, might change my opinion after I dig more into it.

What CFW are you running right now? Because if you are running Luma3DS, you are safe to update.
