Hacking Safehax going back to main screen after launching?

Device specs: N3DS XL on version 11.3.0-36U. Already formatted micro SD to fat32 as well as set the clutter size to 32.

I am currently following along with the guide posted on https://3ds.guide/homebrew-launcher-(soundhax).html and am encountering an issue where launching the Safehax after successfully running udsploit goes back to the main screen.

Everything downloaded in the tutorial is of the latest version. I've also tried using the r19 version of Safehax but it also does not work.

Did I made a mistake during the tutorial or is it currently not possible to do this tutorial for the current device specs I have?

Can't Find anything regarding this online but I can suggest two things

start over (maybe you missed a file?)

try a different sd card

I just redid the file installation on the SD card and now it is giving a black screen every time.
