Sorry in advance if this is a noob/stupid question.

I read somewhere that it's possible to install Arm9loaderhax without your OTP, specifically with SafeA9LH Installer. I looked around a bit and apparently it uses SHA register leftovers for the install instead of the OTP, however I have not found any info to back this up.

Can anyone tell me if this means we don't need our OTP to install?

Oh, okay.
I'm still capable to get the OTP from my 3DS, it's just I was wondering if I actually still needed it.

Someone lock please.
