Gaming Safe to update

It is safe to use the nxe update if your drive is flashed..

Only got it today and cant really find an answer...

Yes there is no problems with the updates and the flashed drives.

However, there were many people complaining about the RROD after update. Arguement goes both ways...was it a coincidence, or did the update cause the RROD?

I had no problems with my update, on a 1.5 Lite-on.
