Safe Nintendo switch overclock?

Sorry if this is a dumb question, I’ve never done something like overclocking before and don’t want any permanent damage to my system. Would a 1224Mhz cpu, 460Mhz gpu, and 1600Mhz mem overclock on an Erista model be fine for daily use in handheld, only being charged when low on battery? Thanks

It always carries the risk of reducing the longevity of components in the switch. But those numbers are pretty safe. The battery will run down quicker than normal though.
