This topic was created for people to tell about scenes in games that impacted them. If they feel that a scene made them emotional, then they can put whatever they want. Like, when I beat Green Grass and High Tides on Rock Band. I was sad because I pretty much have no life.

I do think Aerith's death was a sad moment in a video game. She played a pivotal role in the story, and I used her a lot in my first play-through, so I was devastated when she was killed. Previous RPGs had main character deaths, but FF7 was a first for a lot of people, so the change-up plus something like that has kept the impact that it left.

But anyways,

The ending of Shadow of the Colossus was a pretty emotional ending for me.

It was never epic, when she died I was just like, "Oh, he stabbed her, that was cheap, on with the story."

Was very emotional!

I also think the end in mario kart wii is sad as well.

I dont like it when you lose a life - its heart breaking (get it, your lives are repersented by hearts and when you lose on it breaks)

Also the ending of Halo 3 was quiet tearfull, when the 3 red lights apeared on my 360

i felt the ending of the xbox live experance update very emotional indead (that black car was probley owned by venom)
