As said before, they are just saying that maybe it would happen. Not that they are working on it.
 
That answer is the same answer Gateway and everyone else has been saying. IMO, they're not doing anything until someone finds a kernel exploit on 9.3+. Then they will update their CFWs to support it. Unless they are saying the exact words that they are working on one, they're probably just waiting. Not trying to be offensive to RxTools but this applies to all the CFWs out there. :/
 
I'm not sure which is more silly; the fact that people still make threads about this, or the fact that people post up to several pages worth of flames and putting down without just simply reporting the thread to get locked.

And believe me, I'm just as eager for a kernel exploit 9.3+ as much as the next guy/gal, but right now it hasn't been discovered yet and we should wait to absolutely make sure without jumping to conclusions and twisting words.
