Hi, i get this error even when i put rei's firmware into the firm folder on the rxtools folder on the root of my sd card and rename it to 0004013820000002.bin.. if anyone could help, thatd be awesome (USA N3DS 9.2)

You might just ask for the rxTools folder inside SD card. Remember via PM.
