Hacking rxTools & DSiWare Issue?

So I have the latest rxTools setup on my 3DS XL (sysNAND 4.4)
On my emuNAND (9.5) I have some DSiWare games, which I purchased from the eShop, such as Earthworm Jim.

I was under the impression that these games would run correctly when using rxTools, but when I select them from the home menu, it just causes a black screen & the game is not loaded, the console is frozen & must be powered off.

Am I missing a step which is required to make the DSiWare games I purchased run correctly?
Or is this simply not working at the moment?
Or have I made some sort of mistake?

My advice would be to find .CIA files of the purchased eShop games on that iso site, and then install them directly into emuNAND using Big Blue Menu or FBI.
See if that works.

But the ones I wanted aren't released, thats why I purchased them.

You could use FunkyCIA2 to download eShop CIAs... Do you know how to dump ticket.db?
