Right so thanks to you guys I've managed to install FBI and sysupdater to my 3ds XL running 7.0.0.13E, next jobs I need help with, I want to update my next steps are to (and I need help with these please)
1. Update to 9.2.0e emunand (or another firmware that I can play cia roms with via rxtools) I have already tried to use 3DNUS to download the firmware but its got stuck downloading 0004013800000002 v17120 twice and I don't know what to do as I don't have the complete firmware
2. Manage to get RX Tools to automatically boot into emunand.
3. Figure out how to install .3ds roms as CIA's and install them all via FBI
Can anyone help me with these points, i've already been at it for an hour and a half
