No idea if anyone here would like to use this, but I created a Dockerfile that enables the use of Rust as a programming language for 3DS homebrew. The official devkitARM image is used as the base. In the end, all I did was create a very simple Dockerfile to make this possible within a container. Everything else was put together by the Rust 3DS team.

Have you tried anything in particular with it just yet?

It would be wild if it could run the desktop version of Ruffle.

I'm experimenting a bit with the 3DS right now as I've never written a homebrew application myself. Ruffle could be a thing that could work out, but you'd have to put quite some work into it. Maybe I'll look into it in the future, or someone else with more experience would be interested to do so.

Small update:
The Rust 3DS team has now included the dev container in their wiki and I have also made the container available for ARM devices. Please note that if you have problems with the container itself, the Rust 3DS team is not responsible for support.

The only thing I will do in the future is reduce the image size. If anyone has an idea, I would be happy if this was added via a pull request. Otherwise, I consider the project to be finished.
