Hacking Running homebrew apps on 11.5 without CFW

I'm trying to run SNES9X and QuickNes on my New 3DS Xl but I don't have any CFW installed on my N3DS nor do I wish to. I also have a 2DS that does have a CFW installed, I use this system to hack Sticker Star with the stickerhax that I use on my N3ds that is on firmware 11.5 to get the homebrew Launcher. When I try to use SNES9X or QuickNes the system locks up and I have to force a restart. If anybody knows of a solution please let me know. All I want to do is play my retro game on my N3DS. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

i do not use retroarch (i have is crash for me a well)
i find that
Snes ( SNES9x for Old 3DS (it works fine on n3ds)
