Gaming Run 'N Gun Games for DS

The only one I know of is Contra 4. Commando and MS7 haven't been released yet, do you guys know of any others? I really appreciate the help.

There's Gunstar Heroes for the GBA and the new Metal Slug that is supposed to come out this year.

In the mean time you could play metal slug on the neo geo emulator NeoDS! (runs at 40-60fps out of 60)

I'd agree with most of the above minus castlevania and barnyard blast.

Gunstar Heroes is amazingly fun, both theoriginal and the GBA version. You are probably best off just emulating though of course.

Well, technically in Castlevania - Aria of Sorrow you can get and use guns and even a Positron Rifle which is pretty sweet. So it basically turns Castlevania into a mini shooter if you so choose to use those weapons.

If you start recommending GBA games then Astro Boy: Omega Factor is a must. The game is really good!

I quite liked Barnyard Blast, one of the few decent DSI games.

You can get a RPG in one of them, but I forgot which one. I think it was Aria of Sorrow since it has all the guns in it. Correct me if I'm wrong. I liked using the guns in Aria of Sorrow though. I'm not really a fan of close-combat weapons... The guns are weaker, but still pretty effective. I loved the RPG the most though. Where do you get a Positron Rifle. Now that I've heard it, I want to play Castlevania again.
