I think you mean the sd card adapter through the gamecube memory card slot, and use emulaters that are for the gamecube to play snes or sega, or whatever there is out there.

Seriously, would this be any different than using an Action Replay/SD Card combo? Ok, so you don't have to buy the AR.
You'd still have to buy the game, which is eighter easy or hard depending on wether or not someone ever actually bought the title in question (*cough* PSO
*cough*)

Technically it is definitely possible though. It would be the exact analog of the Memory Card exploit for the XBOX.
But in all fairness, you'd still need to get your hands on an SD Card adapter for the Cube, which is usually harder than finding a copy of AR in most cases. And making one yourself is not as trivial it seems eighter. For example, I mistook "Soldering Iron" for "Waffle Iron" and was probably responsible for my waffle-devouring sister's braincancer.

sunasd - As for the possible exploit I havn't heard anything about this but even if it is possible you would save yourself so much hassle just modding your Wii or buying an action replay!

they need to have a strong line up on the launch titles too. I think they should move metroid prime 4 to the next console because by now it has been quite a while and there's no release date scheduled yet

  • realtimesave @ realtimesave:
well as far as metroid prime 4 is concerned, the next system probably is similar enough to the current gen they can probably easily just slap it onto a next gen cart and call it good :P
