First the announcement, then the screenshots, and now a trailer. Curious to see what Super Pokémon Rumble looks like in motion? Here’s a new trailer for the game:

Super Pokémon Rumble will fly off store shelves like clockwork on July 28th in Japan. Nintendo haven’t announced and overseas release for the game yet.

It at least seems like this one will have more modes:

It looks exactly like the Wii version, just with the addition of the multiple Pokémon attack gimmick. I was hoping for more features...
It could have been a pretty good 3DSWare.

I'm not really considering buying this but it's a shame that it doesn't make use of the AR cards, me and my friend were discussing how they could be used in pokemon games ('cos we're cool) and they could trial it out on rumble then imrove it for the main RPGs. I'm not sure if there's a limit to how many you can have on screen but pokemon is definitely one of the games that would benefit from them.

I watched the trailer yesterday. Looks the same as the Wii version but with more Pokémon.

Another WiiWare game made into a retail title.

Aww, why not on the Wii too?

I actually liked the game. Well, mainly because I played it with my buddies, 4 player style.

This really shouldn't be a retail title, it's clearly of download quality just like the wiiware original.

But it still looks like a good romp.

Looks like utter tripe.

No way this can classify as a £35 retail release, more like £6 on the e-store.

I mean, games like Beyond good and evil HD and Outland are only £6 each! I know it's a strange comparison but e-shop is like psstore.

Its an instant buy for me if it had WiFi. I don't think I'm going to buy it now although I had a lot of fun with the wiiware.

I'd buy that purely on faith in the Pokemon brand.

And it looks like fun too. Always wanted a good Pokemon action game. Tired of all the turn-based games.

Edit: Apparently I'm a derp for not knowing there was a Wii version of this game already released. I'll have to try it out when I get home.
