I bought a new Xbox elite Yesterday 1st June 2010
The console date is the 2009-07-13

When does the Warrenty start the purchase date or the cosole date

Console Date. However, since your case is special, you can talk to MS and fax them your receipt to reflect the actual purchase date to get your warranty start date changed.

Your warranty like any other starts from date of purchase, not the date the console was made. Hang onto your receipt.

Date of purchase if you can prove it (like with a receipt) date of manufacture if you can't.
